What are you doing – and why?

unnamedEvery day can be filled with birthday-like anticipation when you know what you are doing and why you are doing it. A mission statement for your company, organization, or association (or you personally) will keep you waking up every day excited about what you might be getting. That excitement keeps you reaching for the sky. Read your mission statement daily; frame it, print it, put it somewhere you can see it as you work.

Don’t have a mission statement or business plan – it is time! When you know what you are doing and why – you remain enthusiastic and you wake up every day thrilled about what surprises will come your way. Bonus: go over your business plan, revising and reviving, every year.
