Laugh it off if you can, don’t make the person feel any worse than he or she already does – and – learn what went wrong and why so it won’t happen again in the future. We were in New York this weekend to see a few shows. Struck up a conversation with a woman in front of me in line – turns out to be the mother of one of my favorite authors right now – ABC anchor Dan Harris. Have you read his book?
