02 May Things that didn’t work
Try something new this week and don’t worry whether it works or not. Put in the work, give 110 percent – but if it doesn’t work, figure out what happened and move forward with that new knowledge. A Princeton professor recently put his CV of Failures online to show his students that for all his successes, there were many failures as well. You can’t succeed if you don’t fail occasionally – it means you are willing to try new things.
What was the failure that put you where you are today? Mine was acting in Los Angeles. It was a fun adventure but I did learn I can’t act and returned to radio to even greater success.
