Disney employees worldwide are given the power to make sure there are no sad kids on Disney property. They can replace dropped food or soiled clothing, help bandage skinned knees, whatever it takes to make the customer happy. If your company is making customers unhappy so that management can line their own pockets, well now more than ever is the time to speak up.
