Selling items you no longer use is a great way to make extra cash and get rid of stuff. That said – there are several sad stories in the news this week about awful things that happened to good people meeting bad people to buy or sell something. This bit of advice caught my attention from a morning newscast. Meet at a police station. If the buyer or seller won’t meet you there to make the deal, don’t do it. Period.
