Allow me to tell you an Oscar story

Everyone has a story if you just take the time to ask. On a recent travel day, we chatted with a desk employee at the Houston Terminal C United Club. Her story? She used to be a masseuse and has massaged Matthew McConaughey – twice. congrats-patsy-copeEveryone had a giggle over that. Once on board, we discovered flight attendant Patsy Cope was retiring after 45 years in the air. Her daughter, Barbie Peters, came all the way from Spain to be on her mom’s last flight. Her story? Barbie was one of the first babies ever born to an active flight attendant. These are just a couple of the stories we collected on our way to Oscar weekend in Los Angeles. Remember, the shortest distance between two people is a story.

Don’t be in such a hurry. Smile, chat, and learn the stories of those around you today.
