16 Feb It means be nice
Rules and regulations do apply to you – and are there for a reason. It’s the season where many in our neighborhood are training for a charity bike ride from Houston to Austin. I stopped riding it several years ago when it grew too big and too many people stopped following the safety rules. Thought of that again yesterday when signing up the family for a local gym – manager points to this section in the contract and says, “It means be nice.” Could not have said it better myself.
Be nice today. Yes, you. And, while you are at it, let someone over in traffic.

And so it begins. The first box of Surviving Alzheimer’s with Friends, Facebook, and a Really Big Glass of Wine arrived yesterday. Here’s a book I never imagined myself writing, but I did and it’s here. My plan? Help as many caregivers as I possibly can try to figure out their journey. I’m here. The book is here. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help you here.
