If you love what you do, show it

UntitledPeople want to work with people who love what they do and show that satisfaction – with customer service, a smile, enthusiasm, and more. For most of my life, my father owned a small hardware store in New York City. He once told me his store made more money when he was actually there working. This was because he cared about finding solutions for every customer he had and he made sure his customers knew he was there for them. He loved what he did and he showed it ALL THE TIME.

Thanks to customer service guru Colin Gold from The Gold Level for today’s tip (love the picture). I agree with Colin – if you don’t love what you do, find something to better suit you. Life is too short to go to a job you hate every day no matter what it pays.
