19 May How to grow flowers without water
Successful people see a need and they find a way to fill it. That’s how they become successful. The water crisis in California should be very scary to everyone around the world. It should be a wake-up call for all of us. Stop using so much water. Plant sustainable yards. Don’t run the water while you brush your teeth. Save runoff water during a rain to use when it’s dry. Simple things we can do that will make a huge difference in the long run. It also helps to have a brilliant idea. Saw this too late to tell you about it for Mother’s Day but you can use the idea moving forward. California’s artist John Kilduff and the Daniel Rolnik Gallery partnered to present Kilduff’s Flower Shop where John painted flowers on-demand the week before Mother’s Day for purchase as gifts. Smart and fun. Thanks to longtime Steeleworker Trudy Green for this tip!
