14 Jan Yes, I already know – connecting social media accounts
As easy as it seems to make social media for you, do not connect your social media accounts so that you only have to post one thing across multiple accounts. How and what you post to whom is different on all the platforms. When you post the same exact thing across your accounts, you start to lose audience. If I have seen you post on Facebook, why would I want to see the same exact thing on Twitter? I do share things across multiple platforms but try to do so in a way to satisfy or entertain each individual audience and at different times. Love this chart making its way across social media this week. A succinct and simple formula that explains this.
Just one more thing to figure out!

The beginning of a new year is a great time to revisit the book version of one of the world’s first viral videos, The Last Lecture by Randy Pausch. You should buy a copy for your entire staff, your family and your friends. It is that life changing. Click here to read more about the book, the video, and Randy’s story.
